STEP 1: Click THIS LINK                                                 

Click this link and a new window will open. Proceed to Step 2.

Select "PH - PHP 5,500"   if you are located in the Philippines. If you are  in another country or you are an OFW, select "Click here to sign up for other countries" and select your location.

STEP 3: Fill-out form with your details                                                 

Make sure to complete all the necessary details. 

DO NOT tick "Is Under BAP". 

Choose "IMG - WORLD CENTRE c/o Mary Christinne Leano" as the forwarding address. 

Check your details, affix your signature and click "Continue".

STEP 4: Payment Options                                                 

You will see your Membership code & you will receive an email with your User ID and Password. 

Choose your preferred mode of payment. 

Remember that you need to keep your proof of payment by taking a screenshot if paid online or a photo of the deposit slip if paid in bank or in remittance.

Continue processing your payment by entering necessary details until you successfully upload the proof of payment. 

You should receive an email saying that "Payment Status is Now in Verification"
